Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern use of Artworks Digital: free or premium portfolios, gallery spaces, marketplace and related services.

2. Roles and responsibilities

Platform (Artworks Digital): infrastructure, availability, security, billing for paid options, tools (catalogue, orders, analytics with consent).

Seller (artist/gallery): content, pricing, stock, shipping, customer service, store legal notices, VAT and withdrawal rights where applicable.

3. Marketplace & fees

18% VAT-inclusive commission on each artist marketplace sale (Stripe fees included in the displayed model).

Payments processed by Stripe (third-party provider). No full card data is stored on our servers.

Shipping by the seller. 14-day withdrawal right for buyers (except custom or made-to-order works, as per law).

4. Portfolios & templates

Basic portfolio signup is free. Premium templates or paid options are billed at prices shown at purchase time.

5. Intellectual property

The seller warrants rights to their content. They grant Artworks Digital a non-exclusive licence for display and promotion on the platform.

6. Personal data

GDPR-compliant processing. See legal notice. Export or deletion via account area or contact@artworksdigital.fr.

7. Cookies

Non-essential cookies require consent via the banner. Details: cookie policy.

8. Availability

Best-efforts obligation for availability. Scheduled maintenance announced when possible.

9. Support

Platform technical support: contact@artworksdigital.fr. End-buyer support is provided by each seller.

10. Termination

Account closure possible at any time. Data export on reasonable request, subject to legal retention obligations.

11. Changes to terms

Terms may change; material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.

12. Applicable law

French law. Competent courts in France after attempted amicable resolution.
