Purpose of the Service
SaaS platform for creating, managing and hosting multi-tenant online stores (one site per client) for artists and creators.
Main features: catalog, payment, orders, customer communications, statistics.
Intellectual Property
Graphics, texts and media from the stores remain the property of the respective merchants.
The platform code, its modules and design remain the property of Artworks Digital.
Any unauthorized reproduction of the code or brand elements is prohibited.
Personal Data (GDPR)
Data controller: Artworks Digital (for the platform) and each merchant (for their customers' data).
Purposes: store creation and management, order tracking, customer support, analytics (with consent), marketing communications.
Legal bases: contract performance (merchants), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), consent (analytics/marketing cookies).
Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability. To exercise: contact@artworksdigital.fr.
Sub-processors: cloud hosting, payment services, emailing/CRM, analytics. All subject to a data protection agreement.
Retention periods: for the duration of the contract and in accordance with legal obligations (billing, accounting, anti-fraud).
Cookies & Analytics
A consent banner manages the activation of non-essential cookies (analytics/marketing).
Without consent, no tracking scripts are loaded (e.g., Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after acceptance).

Multi-tenant Architecture
Each store has its own isolated space (product data, orders, customers). Data is not shared between merchants.
The administrators of each store are responsible for the content published on their space.
Security
TLS encryption in transit, access controls per administrator account, and regular audits.
In the event of a security incident or data breach, a notification will be sent to the affected individuals in accordance with GDPR.
Liability
The publisher strives to ensure the availability and security of the service. Merchants remain responsible for the content, pricing and compliance of their stores.
