Biography
Journey
Self‑taught, I have tamed water and pigments with patience, letting watercolor become my artistic language since 1998. Nature—its flora, its fauna—remains my privileged refuge and main source of inspiration; it suits the medium’s technique so well. But our cultural and social world also leaves its mark: it shapes my identity and permeates my art. I enjoy moving from one subject to another, broadening my horizon, creating compositions where each theme dialogues with the other. I work with colors freely, without worrying about academic prohibitions. Being a colorist is my sole ambition: to seek harmony, vibration, the right emotion, between light and softness.
Artistic approach
Artistic approach
My journey has developed over the course of my solo exhibitions, which have taken me along the roads of Wallonia, Flanders, and neighboring countries, feeding my vision and approach. After participating in all collective projects, I realized that the true encounter between a work and its future owner now happens elsewhere than in physical spaces. Your platform provides the discovery space I am looking for: a place where the buyer can choose a work with sensitivity, reflection, and pleasure.
